My Story

" Yoga entered my life early, watching my grandmother move with intention each morning. Those early moments taught me that yoga is much more than postures — it’s a way of living with connection and clarity.

Since then, yoga has become my anchor - a space where body, mind, and spirit meet in honesty."

Ditya Sari—lovingly known as Soulshinewarrior—brings her warmth, experience, and Balinese spirit wherever she go.

With more than ten years of practice and credentials including ERYT500, YACEP, Chromatic Trainer, Inside Yoga Teacher, and SUPYoga Teacher Trainer, she leads the Italian Inside Flow community with heart and dedication. She shares her teachings across Europe, Asia, and recently the USA.

Her signature classes are Vinyasa on beats & Inside Flow where movement, breath, and music woven together into a seamless and steady Flow.

Whether she’s teaching Flow, or Therapeutic Yoga, Ditya teach with care, valuing intelligence practice helping students feel connected and engaged in their body, mind, and emotion.

MEET YOUR SOUND HEALER

Hala Zubari

Hala is an RYT 500 yoga teacher, Level 3 Mat Pilates instructor, Reiki Master, and sound healing facilitator. Her work is centered around holistic movement, sound, breathwork, and meditation to support nervous system regulation and deep restoration.

Guided by the rhythms of the moon and the quiet language of the stars, Hala creates practices that invite stillness, safety, and inner listening. Through crystal singing bowls, gongs, and conscious movement, she holds space for gentle self-inquiry and embodied calm throughout the retreat journey.

When she's not leading her soothing sessions, she'll delight you with her incredible sense of humor that keeps you on your toes. To us, she truly embodies a fireball of joy and inspiration.

You’ll stay in two breathtaking places so you can truly explore, unwind, and feel Bali in every way—with plenty of time for yoga, adventure, and deep rest.

Bali is surrounded by beautiful hidden rice terraces and waterfalls. Meet the welcoming Balinese people and connect with local farmers. Gain a new experience by walking through the rice fields or exploring the jungle! You can also take a stroll to visit temples, art galleries, or local markets within walking distance.

The Spirit of Bali

This is the spiritual heart of your retreat. Take part in a Balinese purification led by your retreat leader and the village’s spiritual guide, who carry the wisdom of their ancestral practice and authentic healing held only within local tradition. It opens space for healing, connection, and a sense of calm that follows you long after the ceremony ends.

Blissful Evenings

Wind down with a soothing yoga session or sound bath, followed by stargazing. Complete your relaxation day with a blissful Balinese massage that will drift you into dreamland and make you feel as light as a cloud.

Cold plunging is also about building mental resilience and discipline. Consistent exposure to cold temperatures trains the mind to become comfortable in discomfort, enhancing its ability to handle other forms of stress.

We’ve been listening closely, and it’s finally time to bring your wish to life. This year’s Bali Flow to Bliss Retreat unfolds over a full 10 days, beginning in the peaceful greenery of Tabanan. Here, calm and nature blend into a dreamy scene of tropical gardens, open views of rice fields, and endless forest. Perched on the hill of Batukaru mountain, every corner offers soft beauty—fireflies at your window, quiet paths, and the gentle hush of life far from the busy parts of Bali. These first days set the tone for focused training and a deeper practice. From there, the journey continues in Ubud, where rich tradition, holistic and luxury come together. With wellness spaces nearby and the island’s highlights just minutes away, it still feels like a calm hideaway. With two different locations, you get space to explore, unwind, and soak in every side of Bali—with time for yoga, adventure, and deep rest.

A Sample Day in Life

6:30 - 7:30

Start your morning your way - sleep in or enjoy the sunrise with something warm to drink. Coffee, fruit, and tea are ready for you.

8:00 - 9:30

Flow into Yoga as the day begins. From Rise & Shine Yoga to Inside Flow or Vinyasa, each session helps you to root down, learn, and grow through movement.

9:30 - 11:00

Enjoy a nourishing and wholesome breakfast in a peaceful setting surrounded by tropical gardens and cool mountain air.

11:00 - 16:00

Follow your mood—join an excursion, unwind by the pool, dip into the cold plunge and sauna, book a massage, read, or take part in a cultural workshop.

16:30 - 18:00

Settle into an afternoon class. Some days bring gentle movement, others offer deeper release with restorative work, sound healing, or breathwork.

Evening

Share a healthy dinner together. Some evenings include cultural experiences that add a little magic to the night.

What should I bring to the retreat?

Pack comfortable yoga attire, casual clothing for exploring, and any personal items you’ll need for a weeklong stay. Yoga mats and props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Can I attend solo, or should I bring someone with me?

Many participants attend solo, seeking personal growth and self-reflection. However, you’re welcome to bring a friend or a loved one. The retreat community is warm and welcoming, whether you come alone or with company.

Are there additional perks for returning guests?

Yes! Returning guests enjoy the same $850,- discount as waiting list members. Plus, many activities have been specially designed for deeper personal transformation, making every experience new and enriching.
