1. The Retreat price You are paying includes the following:

- Your accomodations for 6 nights / 7 days at The Lumeria Ubud, Bali

- Daily breakfast and lunch OR dinner

- Daily Yoga practices

- 2 Group excursions / activities

- Cultural Workshop

- Melukat, Balinese purification ritual

- One of 60 minutes massage of your choice.

2. The Retreat price You are paying does not include:

- flights or travel from and to the airport of Bali

- any visa requirements

- any travel insurance requirements

- and any additional expenses incured by you during your stay.

3. Travel Insurance Requirement

All guests are required to provide proof of travel insurance prior to arrival at the retreat. This is a policy set by the retreat center and is non-negotiable.

4.1 Securing Your Spot – Waiting List Price

To secure your place at the waiting list rate:

- Full payment is required within 2 days of making your reservation

- If payment is not received within 5 business days, your spot may be released

For this price, no payment installment possible

4.2 Securing your spot - early bird & regular price

To secure your place at the early bird & regular rate:

Option 1:

- Full payment is required within 2 days of making your reservation

- If payment is not received within 5 business days, your spot may be released

Option 2:

- 20% of payment is required within 2 days of making your reservation

- 30% of payment is required before 1. July

- 50% of payment is required before 1. September

This flexible structure allows you to plan and commit at your own pace, with clarity. If you’d like to activate the payment plan, please let us know during your reservation process

6. Cancellations, Refunds & Missed Portions

We deeply understand that life can bring the unexpected. However, due to our own commitments to the retreat center and local vendors, we are unable to make exceptions to the following cancellation policy:

- No refunds or discounts for late arrivals, early departures, missed activities, illness, or flight disruptions

- Opting out of parts of the retreat program does not qualify for partial reimbursement

7. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you choose to cancel your participation, the following will apply:

Payment option 1:

You may receive 25% of your payment only if cancellation occurs 90+ days before the retreat

After this point, no refunds are available

Payment option 2: (not available for Waitinglist price)

- 1st Payment (20%) – Non-refundable

- 2nd Payment (30%) – Non-refundable

- 3rd Payment (50%) – Partially refundable:

You may receive 70% of this payment only if cancellation occurs 90+ days before the retreat

After this point, no refunds are available

Please consider this carefully before committing. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged to protect your investment.

8. In the Unlikely Event of Our Cancellation

Should we need to cancel the retreat for any reason, a full refund of all payments made to us will be issued. Please note we cannot reimburse airfare or additional travel expenses.

9. Your Responsibility on the Mat

Yoga is a personal journey. You’ll be offered variations to suit your level, but it’s your responsibility to honor your body’s limits. We cannot be held liable for injuries resulting from pushing beyond your capacity.
